marian, i think one of your three little bears has programmed your tube to tune in to the big O each afternoon because they know what's best for you. either that or it's a message from god. -m.

God, Michelle, I laughed out loud! My daughters are Oprah junkies, and they're constantly telling me how crucial it is as a 21st century thinking and (especially) feeling woman to tune in on a regular basis. Luckily, daughter #3 has fallen away from the O-fold now that she's up to her eyeballs in AP Chem II. And daughter #2 now tunes in at college. Something totally weird happened, though. As if trying to get the point across all by itself, my TV now TURNS ITSELF ON EVERY AFTERNOON. I am clueless. I thought it was my garage door remote scrambling frequencies or something, but it happens when I'm in the house, too. Has Oprah gotten THAT powerful?
