Happy Birthday Michelle! This is my first post, love the site. This article was really enlightening for me. I identify with Natasha (I'm coming up on 35 and an Xer). I have been laid off twice in my career once right after college (bad company) and once after 9/11 (I worked for an ad agency). I work very hard, but have little loyalty should I decide to boot my current gig and go for something else. Work cannot be who I am, so I differ from my "boomer boss" in that regard. Good and interesting discussion.
