		<description>I thought this section was great, &quot;…a new generation of American mothers who are rejecting the “superwoman” image from the 1980s as well as the “soccer mom” stereotype of the 1990s. Mothers today are more likely to negotiate flexible schedules at work and demand fuller participation of fathers in child raising than previous generations did,&quot;

Personally I think both the male and females role should work hand in hand. Yes men should be me and be the leaders and the pioneers, just the same as women should be the hen with the instincts to to look after the flock.
Ultimately both the man and the woman should both have the freedom to be able to work around what ever suits the individual as well as for the better good of the family as a whole.

It is a great to think that women now have the freedom that should have always been their own years. Centuries ago women were seen to be less than the man and it is only a good thing that women now have the freedom they deserve.

They say that behind every good man is a good woman and the fact that women are on the rise and are able to have more freedom in the long run means that it benefits us all.

		<description>Hi Michelle,

Kudos on your quote in the article! I love that the news is reporting on what is really happening with moms getting creative in their work &quot;day&quot;/space.

Just discovered your site (on one of those nights when you wake up and just can&#039;t get back to sleep so you check what&#039;s new on the blog field!)...
I like your style!

		<description>Hello Michelle, I just found your blog and I&#039;m very excited - this looks like a great resource I can pass on! As a Virtual Staffing Consultant with Team Double-Click I work with women everyday who are Mompreneurs both as clients and as Virtual Assistants. Working from home can be wonderful but sometimes it becomes difficult to find a balance between work and family and even just plain fun. Thank you for sharing your wonderful wit and wisdom!
