		<description>Men and women are certainly different but not in a detrimental way.  We need each other.  Men are much more focused and single minded and get the job done.  Women tend to be more communicative, more open and freer.  My main criticism with men is that they don&#039;t listen.  They think the world evolves around them and , indeed, it does seem to be organised by men for men.  Women want to be succesful and free, too.  Men must learn to involve both genders much more often, and with more respect.  I hope that I have explained myself well (which is something that women are not too at doing).</description>
